What is FF&E?

FF&E is Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment. This could include sofas, chairs, tables, lamps, beds, etc. What do these items all have in common? They are essential to your finished space, yet they are all non-permanent structures, allowing them to be moved and rearranged within your space. 

What is OS&E? 

OS&E stands for Operating Supplies & Equipment. This could include a wide variety of items such as glassware, hairdryers, irons, staff uniforms, dishes, vacuums, office equipment, and much more. These are typically smaller items that are often used and easily replaced. Placing these items in your space is usually the last step to completing a project. You have your permanent fixtures, and your non-permanent fixtures, and now you just need to add in these accessories.
